Complex Pursuit & Capture Strategy
Pressure-test qualification, stakeholder alignment, buyer risk, acquisition paths, partner roles, and the story decision-makers must be able to defend.
Public-sector growth & modernization advisory
I’m Benjamin T. Bowles. I help technology and public-sector leaders align mission, market, buyers, partners, risk, and delivery—so consequential growth decisions and modernization initiatives move forward with confidence.
A distinct point of view
Progress stalls when the mission, buying process, partner roles, risk, and delivery story do not line up. That is the work I help leaders do: create enough clarity and alignment for an important decision to move.
Where I am most useful
Focused advisory support for technology companies navigating government growth—and public leaders working through modernization, adoption, and execution risk.
Pressure-test qualification, stakeholder alignment, buyer risk, acquisition paths, partner roles, and the story decision-makers must be able to defend.
Clarify where to play, how to enter, who must align, and how direct and partner-led motions work together across government markets.
Translate technology ambition into mission outcomes, governance, ownership, adoption, and an executable path forward.
Practical, candid sessions on complex deals, public-sector trust, modernization, systems thinking, and responsible AI.

About Benjamin T. Bowles
Across 15 years at the intersection of technology, growth, and public service, I have helped leaders shape complex opportunities, enter new markets, align partner ecosystems, and translate modernization goals into measurable outcomes. My work spans U.S. federal civilian and defense organizations and international public-sector markets, with experience across sales, business development, market strategy, partnerships, and executive alignment.
That career includes more than eight years at Appian, working across U.S. federal accounts and later leading public-sector growth in Singapore. I have worked with the Departments of Labor, Justice, Veterans Affairs, Education, and Transportation, as well as the U.S. Navy; shaped multiple opportunities exceeding $50 million; and supported programs that lowered operating costs, accelerated deployment, reduced documentation, and increased throughput.
Across those very different environments, one lesson has held: progress depends on mission clarity, local context, aligned stakeholders, and an execution story people can trust. Nett Werth Advisory is my market-facing practice, operated through Nett Werth LLC. It is where I apply that experience to select growth and modernization challenges—and share the ideas shaping how I lead.
